FAQ
Q1: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For customized sample,we'll check if it's printable after receiving your file. You need to pay both of the sample cost and
express cost. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample,after then, deliver it by express courier like Fedex, DHL or UPS.
Q2: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, We have a professional team with rich experience in paper packaging, design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea,
we will help to carry out your idea into perfect packaging product.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A: Usually by T/T in advance. We can also support at least 30% of total amount paid in advance as downpayment before mass production,and the rest should be paid before shipment or against copy of B/L.
Q4: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: Normally, it will take 7-10 days, about 10-15 days in peak season, mostly based on the quantities. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets,or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos
will be delivered by sea or air. Q6: What will you do for quality control? A: When manufacturing and before shipping,the cargos
will be strictly inspected by QC team and well packed. If the items are damaged when you receive it,or if you are not satisfied
with the items, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from our party,we will accept return, then
arrange replacement or refund.
